HOT COMPRESSING - Hydrotherapy works on a mechanical and biochemical principle of water, the therapeutic benefits of hot and cold applications and the influence of temperature on the circulatory system create an environment for increased blood flow whereby bringing nutrients to the skin and removing waste. It is gentle, relaxing and therapeutic by reducing the effects of an over active nervous system.

MAGICAL MASSAGE - I have been perfecting manual massage over the last 21 years for the face, neck and decollete. Massage is only for relaxation, it is meant to replace the tissues to their natural location by lifting and toning, increasing blood flow and nutrient delivery.
